Some of the masterpieces creating by students in the Needle Felting CAP Classes this spring. Super cute.




One of the spring CAP Classes was learning to tie flies with Mr. Scott. On the final day of CAP Classes the kids got to go to Kinney Lake and try out the flies they made. From the looks of it, they were pretty successful!







Today, all band students in grades 5-12 got together for a mass rehearsal. They will be performing a song together at the spring concert on May 14th.

Early Childhood Screening and Resource Fair
April 17th & 18th


Three of JCS's CAP classes are being held at The Josephy Center; Ceramics with Cheryl Coughlan, Fabric Art with Susan Pesti-Strobel, and 2D Design with Dawn Norman. The students are creating some fabulous art pieces.











Wednesday, culinary group #2 got to travel to M. Crow in Lostine for their CAP class, learning about sourdough crust and how to make pizza!!








One of today's Culinary CAP classes was decorating cookies with Deb Warnock of Rancho Road Bakery. The kids learned different techniques for using icing.











One of the CAP classes at JCS was making ornaments with Stirling Webb at Moonshine Glass Art. Each of the students got to design and help make their own ornament.

The Show opening is this Saturday, noon-4pm
The Art Show runs through April 21st

Wednesday, one of the Culinary CAP classes got to enjoy an authentic Japanese Tea Ceremony with hosts Bill and Kiyome Oliver of Sei Mee Tea.
