Joseph School District Superintendent Search

The Joseph School District has selected Northwest Leadership Associates (NWLA) to
lead their superintendent search for the 2026-27 school year. Jon Peterson from NWLA
will serve as the lead consultant throughout the process.
Current superintendent Lance Homan recently announced he will be stepping down at
the end of the 2025-26 school year.
The Joseph Board of Directors and NWLA are currently soliciting feedback regarding
the next superintendent through an online survey. Parents, staff members, and
community members are encouraged to complete the survey. The survey link is here:

The search process will be ongoing over the next few months, with preliminary
interviews and finalist interviews occurring in April, 2026, and the announcement of the
final selection shortly thereafter.
